Looking for professional line cooks and back (there is no "back" at our location) of house/kitchen prep full and part-time positions who can prepare menu items quickly and accurately. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, cutting food, cooking meals, keeping an organized and clean work area, and complying with all applicable food safety guidelines. We are seeking an experienced individual committed to precise food presentation and garnishing and friendly customer service who will thrive in this fast-past, high-volume environment. Schedule:

Job Duties:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner

  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications

  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently

  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation

  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment

  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift

  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

  • 2 years restaurant front of house/cashier experience (required)

  • US work authorization (required)

  • Reliable Transportation (required)

  • Line cook/kitchen prep experience (preferred)

seeking multiple, experienced team member mainly on Cashier, but preferably interested in cross training with line/prep cook roles, for full- or part-time shifts, including nights and weekends. As all team members interact with customers and may handle food prep at times, candidates should be familiar with applicable food safety guidelines and take pride in providing friendly customer service in a fast-past, high-volume environment.
